Description: The study’s primary co‐end‐points were the recovery of granulocyte and platelet counts and transplant related mortality (TRM). Secondary endpoints were overall survival (OS) and clinical response (improvement or stabilization of the self‐reported EDSS score).

Outcomes: The overall response rate (RR) at 12 months post HSCT varies in accordance with the type of MS: 83% in RRMS, 78% in PPMS and 73% in SPMS. (RR = improvement + stabilization)
